HUMAN RESOURCES SKILL BUILDING CAREERS PLANT & MACHINERY SUPPORTING ASSETS Tecton has well organized Training Programs for our staff and workmen.    We have quarterly scheduled training programs that includes Professional (Engineering,  Technical, Finance, etc.), Leadership, Management and Personality Development Training.  Our Technicians are imparted with continual training, both classroom and hands-on training on  Industrial and Technical skills.   In line with our Health, Safety & Environment programs, trainings are instituted to our workmen  on all aspects of job site safety.
